Because Connaissable distributes communication on behalf of clients, we may also collect and use telephone and mailing address information. Connaissable does not sell data, but we may send communication to you on behalf of our clients.

If Connaissable’s clients send communication to you, then our clients will maintain and follow their own privacy policies.

If you have received communication from Connaissable, or in connection with one of our clients, you can contact us to request to that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any publicly-available data, or data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

In providing services, Connaissable relies on third party providers. Should any third-party provider service experience a data breach, Connaissable shall work with the third-party provider to stop the breach. An assessment will be made, and Connaissable shall notify its clients and any individuals, whose information may have been exposed or at-risk of being exposed. After security improvements are implemented, Connaissable will update our security and recovery plans.
